The Company started the business in real estate , purchased various plots from Ghaziabad Development Authority in Raj Nagar District Centre Ghaziabad in the year 1986 and Constructed the Multistoried Commercial Complex comprising the area of 134060 Sq.Ft. namely Durga Tower and Durga Chamber on Plot No A-13 and A-24 which are now a land mark in that area . The construction was completed in the year 1991 and all the office Flats were sold out. The building situated in Rajnagar district Centre adjoining Rajnagar a posh Colony which can be compared with the locality of South Delhi Greater Kailash. In the year 1989 Ghaziabad Development Authority launched a group Housing Scheme in Vaishali. The Company had acquired plot no 16 in Sector -4, Vaishali having the area of 1 acre and built up a multistoried Residential Apartments comprising of 2 BHK and 3 BHK. After completing the project all apartments were sold out to the respective customers and now the occupancy in the apartments as full.
